It’s been a busy last couple of months, but I finally finished up my training in Kingsville and earned my wings of gold.
I’m not sure exactly when, but I’ll be transfering to Cherry Point, NC to learn how to fly my new aircraft, the AV-8B Harrier. This was my first choice for aircraft, so I am incredibly excited. I may even get to be Tayas’s wingman someday.
I’ll have a lot more time to devote to the website while I await orders, but once training starts up in NC, things will get very quiet on the site again. I can use all the help I can get to keep JIG running, so if you are interested in becoming a writer or administrator for the site, please .

Congratulations! But real men wear their wings on their arm with a parachute in the middle! I dont go round in a big shiny aircraft dropping ordnance from the stratosphere, I leap into battle under silk, which is exactly what makes me superior to other men! That and being Jewish and British of course!

And we build pretty good Harriers too, hey Bob! But then as a mere infanteer, I never did see the sense in jumping out of a perfectly serviceable aircraft!! Ubique!
