Hello-
I am a youth director at a synagogue in Reston, VA and we have an upcoming Chanukah program on December 20th and I am trying very hard to locate a speaker. I am looking for a Jewish soldier or chaplain to come and talk to a group of 7th-12th graders and their parents about what it's like to be a Jewish soldier in the US military. Can anyone suggest any contacts? I have tried the Jewish War Veterans, Ft. Belvoir, and some local chaplains but have yet to be successful. I would appreciate any help.
