Although I receive noctices about the deaths of our servicemembers, and of those
wounded, I don’t think the JWV at Headquarters, in Wash DC are provided that
information when a Jewish service member
has been killed in action.
As sad as that is, we should know this
information so that all the JWV posts, and
other web sites devoted to Jewish issues.
We need to remember these service members as well as all service members killed in action. There is an added religious concern for Jewish military personnel.
The families of those injured and the families of those lvoed ones killed in action need our support, our prayers, and our personal condolences.
This is not something we should find out 10-20 yeras down the road.
Sincerely,
Barbara Goldin, SFC US Army, Retired
