There is currently a bug in the forums that prevents Internet Explorer users from posting messages.  I’m currently working on a fix, but in the meantime there are two options.

1. Use FireFox (a far superior browser).
2. Use the “quick reply” box on the forum.

I’m doing my best to fix the problem.  If I can’t get things working in a reasonable amount of time, I’ll just revert to a different forum design until I get the kinks worked out.

UPDATE: The problem appears to be fixed.  If anyone is still experienceing any problems, please let me know.
