I have a bad CO, who is not following the chain of command, and is using friends for deutys of command who are not qulified. I am friends with the IG and might be and I can get him to do whatever I want. I belive in being by the book 100 percent of the time what should I do? I am good buddies with the second in command and have thought of trying to get him to relieve our CO of his command and being by the book but he seems ok in his current position. What should I do.

What is your rank? You should speak with a senior mentor, either a Major/above or a Chief about what you should do based on the specifics of the situation. Might want to meet with the JAG as well if you are talking about illegal acts or things going counter to AFI..
