SGT Anthony Popkin and ROK LTC Lee at the Dorason rail station 2,300m south of North Korea.  SGT Popkin is a member of the United Nations Command Military Armistice Commission with the mission of directly representing the commander of UNC (GEN Laporte) and monitoring and facilitating crossings from S-N and N-S Korea.
