This picture is taken at the bridge of no return. On the other end of the bridge is North Korea.  At the conclusion of the Korean War two missions occurred allowing POW’s from both sides to cross back to their side.  (Petty Officer Jackson, Mr. Blatt, LTC Oxman, SGT Popkin)
