Becoming a registered member of Jews in Green has 4 main advantages:

1. Posting in the forums:  Anyone can browse the forums, but in order to post, you must be a registered member.
2. Instant feedback: If you are a registered member (and logged in), your comments will appear immediately upon hitting the “submit” button.  Guests’ comments must be approved by a moderator before they appear on the site.
3. Contacting other members: Registered members can view other member profiles and contact one another through private messages or via the email console.  All of your contact info is kept private, and the messages are routed through the website.  (You can also turn off these communication options.)
4. Prevent Spam: If it weren’t for idiot spammers, we would open every feature to every visitor.  In order to prevent these cheese-balls from clogging up the site with junk and ads, we have to put some restrictions in place.  By registering, you’ll help us to bring you quality content while screening out the chaff.
